Hello you! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas whether with family and friends or a quieter one (which is what I love!) and a very happy, joyful, prosperous and healthy New Year to you.
I had some much needing time off and I am now so looking forward to helping you to relieve some stress and find joy in movement in my therapy room and yoga studio in Preston in Weymouth.
I spent some time on my own yesterday evening with a dog or two attached to me and reflected on the last year. Lots of fun, laughter and adventures as well as moments of deep sadness and feelings of rejection. The usual yin and yang of life.
And as I think about the year ahead my focus is on gratitude. I wanted to thank each and every one of you who books in with me, who engages with my social media posting, who reads my newsletters and those of you who keep coming back and who recommend me to your friends, family members and colleagues. Your business, your loyalty and the fact you care means so much. I really cannot stress quite how much it means to me.
I love the time I spend with my clients in my cosy therapy room. We gossip. We chat. We laugh. Sometimes we cry together. For the hour or more that you are with me in that room it is your safe space where you can explore your feelings without judgement.
And in my yoga studio I love seeing how you greet familiar faces and new attendees. How we have fun playing with movement and how you forgive my awful puns and tendency to mix up simple things like left and right!
I hope to spend many wonderful hours with my treasured clients in 2025 and I look forward to seeing you soon!
So what's in store this year?
This year I will be building on my offerings by putting together experiences for up to four people. You will be able to build your own retreat experience to include whatever you wish from flow yoga, self care practices, vision boarding, yin yoga, somatic movement, mala meditations, guided meditations, Reiki, massage and time in our private wood fired sauna. More info coming soon!

My therapy room and yoga studio remain spaces for you to retreat to where you will always be welcomed. These spaces are free of judgment and an environment where you can be you. Cosy and warm with the infra red heating serving its purpose well. In my studio your mats, props and blankets are all provided.
Yoga classes begin again this week
I have been missing teaching! Classes start again tomorrow, Thursday 2nd, with yin yoga at 6:30pm. You can join this session in the studio or online. Friday 3rd is slow and flow at 10am; a glorious fusion of yin yoga and flow yoga to ease you into the year. And Sunday morning we are back with flow yoga.
The full timetable resumes from Monday 6th, however there will be no classes over the weekend of 17 January.
So you know what to do - book your space through the booking system and don't forget that a class pass will save you a few pennies (and may help set up that routine again).

WHAT IS COMING UP?
- Deep Rest Afternoon
Sunday 26 December 2-4:30pm Flow yoga, followed by learning to do a mala meditation (option to purchase a gem stone mala on booking for you to take home). Finishing with yin yoga where Reiki is offered during long held poses.
- Self love mini retreat
Saturday 15 February 10am-1pm Heart opening yoga with an emphasis on cultivating self love. After a guided meditation you may write yourself a love letter which will be posted to you six months later.
